The accommodation at Craighlaw is homely, with spacious and comfortable rooms that are spotlessly clean. the friendly owners, Dave and Debbie, provide excellent service and make guests feel at home. the food is delicious, and the breakfast is said to be the best in Scotland. the WiFi signal is good, allowing guests to stay connected.
Some guests mentioned that there are limited dining options in the immediate vicinity, but a quick 5-minute drive to Newton Stewart provides plenty of choices.

We stayed with a group of friends and loved the dog-friendly self-catering accommodation. the Scottish breakfast, including delicious black pudding and haggis, was a great bonus. the owners were hospitable and traded our breakfast for drinks as we were leaving early for the ferry. the kitchen was functional, and we enjoyed eating in the pretty beer garden. the location is also excellent for exploring underrated parts of Scotland like the Mull of Galloway and Port Patrick. the best aspect was the friendly and accommodating nature of the hosts.
Felt very at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming B&B. The hosts, Dave and Debbie, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the B&B had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We loved how pet-friendly they were, allowing our furry friend to join us at breakfast. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and we enjoyed peaceful nights of sleep. The village itself was quiet and offered excellent walking options for our dog. Although there were some small inconveniences like street parking and narrow steps to access the self-catering accommodation, they were not major issues for us. The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality of our hosts, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had delightful evenings chatting in the beer garden, watching the full moon rise. I highly recommend this B&B for a memorable and enjoyable experience.
